The documentation of each feature is the best documentation we have, but we've had some feedback that going through an actual walk-through of the entire process of installing Clay.io would be helpful.
So far we just have tutorial, and that's for top to bottom installation on one of our games (which will be very similar to the steps you need to take to incorporate Clay.io into your games.
